Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy that works on the principle that the feet mirror the body and the practitioner applies pressure to all parts of the feet thus stimulating the 7,000 nerve endings and the body’s own natural healing process.
Reflexology can help reduce stress related conditions such as migraines, headaches, insomnia, panic attacks, and high blood pressure. It may also help with digestive problems including colitis, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome. Other conditions found to benefit from reflexology are asthma, sinusitis, sciatica, bladder infections, general aches and pains in the neck, back and shoulder.
Hydrotherapy is included with all treatments if applicable
