Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. The stones are basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. Traditional Swedish techniques are used while holding the heated stones. The hot stones may also be place on specific points along the spine, legs, or in the hands to improve the flow of energy in the body.
It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat can also help increase circulation and decrease muscular tension.
Hydrotherapy is included with all treatments if applicable
